UBS Optimus Foundation is seeking an Associate Programme Director of Child Protection.
The role includes responsibility for:
– Supporting the strategy development and portfolio management for the Child Protection portfolio, currently focused on anti-child trafficking and slavery and 'families not orphans'
– Creating a pipeline of innovative, best practice grants
– Performance management of the Child Protection portfolio to its full impact potential, work closely with grantee partners to build capacity and disseminate successes and learnings.
– Partnering with client philanthropists to provide expert guidance in the area of child protection
– Representing the UBS Optimus Foundation in the area of Child Protection and maintaining expertise on key sector developments, research and policy
