International actors and representatives from Armenia, Ghana, Moldova, and Uganda convened in London September 11-15 2017 to learn and share experiences to inform the alternative care reform process in the four countries. MEASURE Evaluation, with support and funding from USAID's Displaced Children and Orphans Fund (DCOF), facilitated a workshop for countries to review and adapt a structured tool designed to assess countries' status on implementing the UN Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children.
