Thomson Reuters reports that an increasing number of women in Nigeria are fooled into giving up their children. The article also says that men are paid to get women pregnant in order to fulfill “baby orders.” The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons states that the government is too “overstretched to focus on baby trafficking.”
