A federal judge in California has ordered that all families who have been separated at the US border with Mexico as part of the Trump administration's "Zero Tolerance Policy" be reunited within 30 days, according to this article from NPR. The order also bars future separation of migrant children from their families, calls for the reunification of children under the age of 5 within 14 days, and entitles parents to speak with their children within 10 days. "The nationwide injunction on migrant family separations applies to all children unless the parent are deemed unfit or do not want to be with the child, according to The Associated Press," says the article.
