This document includes the Minimum Standards on Alternative Care for Children set out by the Government of Cambodia, including both the Minimum Standards for Residential Care for Children and the Minimum Standards on Alternative Care for Children in the Community. The standards address health, hygiene, clothing, food, social and cultural development, education, participation, discipline, premises and buildings, responsibilities of managers and caregivers, complaints and legal protection, record keeping, monitoring and evaluation, and more.
