The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical support and capacity building in support of operationalizing the (soon to be established) Central Authority for Adoptions in Ghana.
The consultant's scope of work includes Development of Organizational Manual for the Central Authority, report on the conceptualization and design of the national database on adoption, foster care and children in institutional care, and conceptualize public information materials on adoption and foster care.
This consultancy will take place in Accra, Ghana and is expected to be for the period of 10 months and is anticipated to begin in November 2014
