The Uruguayan Network for the Right to Live in a Family and a Community (Red por el Derecho a la Convivencia Familiar y Comunitaria) was launched in April 2012 with support from RELAF and UNICEF.  The network aims to preserve children's family and community ties and keep children in families.

VOC also works with the families living in urban poor/slum areas to empower and develop their capacity in order to prevent their children coming in the streets. It raises awareness on child sexual abuse and rescue victims offering legal, social and psychological support to them and their families.

Voluntas is an International Belarusian and British NGO with a wide remit of activities, including a nationwide programme for the deinstitutionalisation of social orphans and disabled children.
