Research
Research involves the study of an issue, problem, or phenomenon, or exploration of a question using a scientific method. Research can be quantitative or qualitative in nature and used to further knowledge and understanding as well as provide evidence of what’s required and what works. As a part of the care system, research is critical to ensuring services, programs, campaigns, advocacy and investment decisions are evidence-based.
