The Uruguayan Network for the Right to Live in a Family and a Community (Red por el Derecho a la Convivencia Familiar y Comunitaria) was launched in April 2012 with support from RELAF and UNICEF.

The Technical Advisor will take a leading role in the design and assessment of the two field projects, as well as in carrying out desk-based and field research to develop guidance on household-targeted economic strengthening.
